❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used wellness and skincare devices

  • Products with visible wear or modifications

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final-sale or clearance products

  • Perishable or liquid materials (e.g., serums, sprays)

The easiest way is to return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
This helps us ensure your new item arrives quickly and in perfect condition.


🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Within this time, you can return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation needed.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required
